The farm consists of 13 adjoining farm portions measuring 6162.4748-hectares collectively.
The farm portions are irregularly shaped.
The topography of the land is best described in the northern section of the farm as typical karoo thicket and valleys. In the middle section, mountainous grassy fynbos and the southern section has the Kazunga River running through it with rich soils and crystal-clear mountain water with an abundance of minnow swimming in the streams. (testament to the good quality water)
Electricity Supply
The farm is powered by solar and has a generator for backup if needed.
Grazing Quality
The farm boasts excellent quality grazing with a healthy covering of Themeda (“Rooigras”) that extends the grazing capacity and profitability of the agricultural component of the farm. As a guideline, the farm has the capacity to carry ± 500 head of cattle. The capacity may differ from season to season and from farmer to farmer.
